What shipping options are available?

Alliyette is pleased to offer shipping within the U.S. and internationally via USPS and UPS. The cost of international taxes and duties is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, the taxes, duties, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

How can I follow my order and shipping status?

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US holidays. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing before shipping.

IN STOCK (READY TO SHIP): In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days after receipt of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS or UPS tracking number.

PRE-ORDERS FROM OUR ONLINE DESIGNS: Our pre-order pieces will take 3-4 weeks for production and shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS or UPS tracking number.

CUSTOM (MADE PER YOUR SPECIFICATION): Your handcrafted custom order, created specifically for you, will take 6-8 weeks for production and shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS or UPS tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We want your Alliyette experience to be seamless from our studio to your door.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact the Alliyette Care Team. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if deemed lost, provide a replacement or full refund.

Stolen After Delivery: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Alliyette is not legally responsible for theft. however, we understand how distressing this is. Please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. We may assist you in filing a carrier claim.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Alliyette is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
