Refund policy
We want you to love your jewelry item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items may be returned within 10 business days after the item is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom Pieces: We aim to keep our customers happy and want you to love your jewelry. However, custom pieces that are made specially for you according to your specifications cannot be returned.
Prior to shipping, your jewelry is carefully inspected and packed with care to ensure it does not have any defects. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry in any way, please reach out to us at care@alliyette.com. Our goal is to make sure that you are happy with your investment.
How can I make returns? Please email care@alliyette.com with your order number and we will email you instructions. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition and should include all Alliyette packaging.
Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or the wrong item was received. To start a return, contact us at care@alliyette.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
